Vogadori Valpolicella Ripasso DOC Classico Superiore

The Ripasso technique involves pouring the base Valpolicella wine into the vats where the Amarone was previously pressed, before barrel aging. The wine rests in contact with the freshly pressed grape skins for approximately 15–20 days
