Production zone: Veneto, Verona, Mezzane
Vinification: the grapes are selected from Alène wineyard and we put them to dry on plateau. After forty days, grapes are vinified and the wine is aged.
Maturation: 24 months in oak barrels of 500 Lt and 12 months in bottles.
Tasting notes: balanced wine with a good tannin due to limestoned soil. Notes of red fruits, vanilla and spices.
Food pairing: red meats, roasts and stews.
