Production zone: Veneto, Verona, Mezzane
Vinification: late harvest with slight drying period and fermentation in stainless steel.
Maturation: in stainless steel for 12 months.
Tasting notes: Red ruby colour. At nose fruity, with cherry notes and spicy hints, medium bodied with soft tannins.
Food pairing: pasta dishes and cold cuts and cheeses.
Serving temperature: 16-18°C
