RISERVA BURE ALTO
This ruby red colour wine exudes a repertoire of notes of
ripefruits;blackberries and blueberries, spices and a fine cocoa note
harmoniously blended with strong tannins, while remaining silky.
Vineyeards: In the hilly vineyeard of Bure Alto
Grape varieties: 80% Corvina, 10% Corvinon, 10%
Rondinella.
Wine-making: The grapes dry at natural condition for 4
months before being pressed
Ageing: 48 months in tonneaux
Alcohol grading: 17% vol
Serve at: 20°C
Pairing with: Game and strong flavoured dishes,
sharp cheeses, dark chocolate
