Ripasso is crafted by fermenting Valpolicella Superiore for around twenty days on the Amarone pomace of the same vintage, then resting and maturing in barrique for roughly twenty-four months. This method creates a wine that is both vibrant and fruit-forward, capturing the essence and elegance of its origin

It is renowned for its rolling hills, lush vineyards, and charming medieval villages. The area is particularly famous for its wine production, especially red wines like Valpolicella Classico, Amarone, and Recioto

Grape variety: Corvina, Corvinone, Rondinella

Alcohol content: 14,5%

Aging: Aged in a combination of stainless steel and barrique, balancing freshness with subtle oak complexity
