Amarone has an intense and bright red colour with a characteristic bouquet of cherries, redcurrant and spice, it is full bodied and yet soft, balanced with soft tannins.
Vineyeard: hilly vineyeards of Bure Alto And Montepalà
Grape varieties: 80% Corvina, 10% Corvinone, 10% Rondinella.
Wine-making: The grapes dry at natural condition for 3 months before being pressed.
Ageing: in Slavonian oak barrels for 24-30 months. It is well preserved until 10/20 years
Serve at: 20°C.
