Description
Tasting notes: Approximately three years of aging in small French oak barrels, followed by ten to twelve months of bottle maturation, give this wine an intense ruby red color, remarkable body, and aromas reminiscent of spices. Yet, Amarone della Valpolicella “I Quadretti” retains the characteristic scents and flavors of cherries and wild berries
Serving temperature: To fully express its bold personality, this wine should be decanted well in advance. Serve at around 18 °C
Food pairing: It shines alongside hearty main courses such as game, braised meats, grilled cuts, a variety of cured meats, and strongly flavored aged cheeses. An excellent wine for meditation.
