This is a tribute wine, inspired by the idea of creating a wine as bold as Amarone yet remarkably smooth. With 15% alcohol, it is made from Amarone grapes dried for four months and then aged in Italian cherrywood barriques

Production area: Valpolicella, a picturesque region in the Veneto area of northern Italy, located just north of Verona. It is renowned for its rolling hills, lush vineyards, and charming medieval villages. The area is particularly famous for its wine production, especially red wines like Valpolicella Classico, Amarone, and Recioto

Grape variety: Corvina, Corvinone, Negrara, Oseleta, Rondinella

Description

Tasting notes: Deep ruby red in color, with intense and pronounced aromas. On the nose, it reveals rich fruity notes of cherry, sour cherry, and dried flowers. On the palate, flavors of ripe fruit, cherry, and dried flowers return, creating an elegant and long-lasting wine

Serving temperature: A structured red wine, characterized by ripe fruit and cherry notes, best served at 16–18 °C. It is recommended to open the bottle at least one hour before tasting to fully enhance its aromas and flavors

Food pairing: Pairs wonderfully with spiced cheeses and gorgonzola, excellent with game or hearty red meats, and also perfect as a meditation wine to savor on its own.
