Barisol Bianco Veronese IGT

A wine within everyone’s reach. A feeling of timeless youth and freshness.

Grapes: Rondinella 50%, Corvina 50%.

Winemaking: The grapes are harvested manually in the first weeks of September, selecting the grapes with adequate acidity. After harvesting, they are immediately crushed and pressed to separate the must from the skins and therefore from the coloring substances. Fermentation lasts approximately 10 days at a controlled temperature of 12-15 °C.

Aging: In stainless steel at 3-4 °C for 5 months

Organoleptic notes: Simple and ready-to-drink wine, with notes on the nose that mainly recall white berries, rosemary and citrus fruits. In the mouth it presents a good balance between softness and freshness.

Recommended pairings: Suitable for an aperitif, excellent with fish-based dishes, especially shellfish.

Serving temperature: 8/10 °C
