Aging: The wine matures for 8 months in fine new French oak barriques, each with a capacity of 225 litres, developing greater depth, elegance and complexity

Tasting notes: Deep ruby red with alluring violet reflections, it reveals an intense, generous and persistent bouquet of plum and wild cherries steeped in liqueur, delicately enriched by hints of vanilla and liquorice. Warm, sumptuous and enveloping on the palate, with soft yet beautifully structured tannins that lend depth, elegance and lasting character

Serving temperature: Best served at a temperature of 16–18°C, allowing the wine to fully express its depth, aromas and elegant structure

Food pairing: A perfect companion to rich and hearty first courses, roasted meats, game and moderately aged cheeses
