Description
Vines: 90% Garganega – 10% Chardonnay
Fementation: in steel tank under controlled temperature Temperature: 13 °C Period: approximately 25 days
Maturation: in concrete bowes: 6 months
DESCRIPTION Typical brilliant pale yellow colour given by Garganega’s grapes. The smell feels pineapple and peach scents. At the palate it reminds of grapefruit and cedar with mineral shadows and a velvety, harmonic and bodied bouquet.
MACHINGS Very good as appetizer, it matches any course with raw or cooked fish. It perfectly joins both delicate tastes like carpacci, sushi and crustaceans and more intense flavours like grilled food.
Serve at 8/10 °C.
