Their story began in the late 1960s with Sassicaia, and the term “Supertuscan” was coined by the English-speaking press in the 1980s to describe these revolutionary wines that achieved global success
Production area: From the sun-soaked hills of Maremma, this wine captures the essence of the Tuscan coast—bold, expressive, and rich in character, shaped by fertile soils and centuries of winemaking tradition

Aging: Refined over 15 months in French oak barrels to develop depth and character
Tasting notes: With a deep red hue, it reveals an elegant and complex bouquet of ripe red fruits, spices, and balsamic hints. The palate is bold and expressive, supported by pronounced tannins that give every sip lasting richness and depth
Serving temperature: The recommended serving temperature for a Super Tuscan is generally between 16 °C and 18 °C
