Description

Tasting notes: Deep ruby red in color, with brilliant reflections that, with ageing, evolve towards an elegant antique brick hue. On the nose, ripe fruit takes center stage, with notes of dried plum and baked pear, followed by spices such as pepper, softened by a balsamic and ethereal touch. On the palate it is satisfying and complex, offering a wide range of persistent aftertastes with delicate hints of pipe tobacco and gentle spices. Well balanced, with round tannins harmonized by freshness and softness

Serving temperature: Best served at a temperature of around 17–18°C, where its full aromatic depth and refined structure can unfold with elegance and precision

Food pairing: Thanks to its pleasant character and well-defined structure, it pairs beautifully with hearty winter first courses, meat main dishes, grilled foods, cured meats, and medium-aged cheeses, enhancing each dish with balance and depth
