Grape variety: 60% Merlot, 30% Cabernet Sauvignon, 10% Cabernet Franc
Alcohol content: 14.5% vol.
Serving temperature: 16°-18°

Wine with an intense red color with garnet reflections; on the nose it expresses intense aromas, with ripe red fruit, morello cherry, blackberries and sweet spices, closing on balsamic hints. The taste is full-bodied, with smooth tannins, fresh and moderately savory, balanced with a long finish on a fruity trail.

After vinification, carried out in the traditional way, the wine matures in French oak tonneaux and barriques.

ICEA certified, organic wine and vegan wine.

Food pairings: stewed wild boar, roasts and braised meats, medium-aged cheeses.
